WELCOME TO WORSHIP!
Meditation thought for worship: We often get tempted to have an earthly vision. To see things from a worldly, temporary perspective. Doing so makes us crave more earthly treasures, so we will put our trust in public figures who promise to give us more of them. But even people in the most important positions are still people, and therefore will make mistakes. It’s okay to affirm or encourage compassionate leaders, but our true praise and trust should only be given to God.
