Meditation thought for worship: Everyone has days when they feel like Psalm 88, "I am overwhelmed with troubles.... I am like one without strength.... Why, Lord, do you reject me and hide your face from me?" So when we have days like that, we can remember that it is so normal, it was written in the Bible 3,000 years ago. Others have struggles too, and God is with all of us.
