Meals for the Mountains Update

Over the past two weeks, our church has helped supply food and basic necessities to 10 families in the Weaverville area with our aid reaching approximately 25 children. Food and supplies were provided primarily by the CBF Disaster Response Team operating out of Mars Hill Baptist Church and also by private donations from our church members, Disaster Fund, and Food Pantry. The families and children who have received aid have repeatedly expressed their gratitude to and interest in our church.
