Pastor's Sabbatical

Pastor Stuart has been walking for a week and has gone from Oban to Drymen (more than 94 miles!).  Each day has brought its own challenges and rewards, from ankle deep mud for miles and unmarked trails while crossing a mountain to unbelievable scenery and amazing people.  He has had several holy moments and wonderful connections.  Please continue to pray as Pastor Stuart continues his pilgrimage for safety and more holy moments.

Pastor Stuart took several pictures. From trying to take a selfie with a cow, to heading into the mountains. (This was before the trail/tracks completely disappeared, leaving him searching the Highlands in a windstorm for the path.) The next picture will be about the bonnie bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, at the north end. The higher mountains had snow atop them. Then the last one shows Pastor Stuart meeting these super cool folks who are training to be missionaries at the Craig Lodge Family House of Prayer retreat center. They were so nice to welcome me for the night and fed me. Before I left this morning, they laid their hands on me and blessed me. It gave me both tears and strength.
We will continue you to update you on Pastor Stuarts travels. So keep looking there will be more to come.
